Corporate 21st-Century Job Market Survey

Thank you for your interest in Teach to Work and the research and studies we do here! Whether you are an employer, human resources officer, or entrepreneur, we want to hear from you. We will use these results to study trends and opinions in project-based mentorship, and we will report on what we learn!

The following four questions relate to what we in the industry call the “Four Cs”: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communications, and Collaboration. Please share your interpretation of these four Cs as they relate to the 21st-Century job market. At the end of the survey, we have included a section where you can leave your contact information if you would like us to follow up with you, or if you would like to share some of your best practices — perhaps even making an appearance in one of our blogs. This contact information is strictly optional, and will be kept anonymous and never shared with third parties without your permission.

Critical Thinking:

How would a job applicant demonstrate this skill to you?
What jobs in your industry or company would use this skill?
Do you think it would be beneficial for schools to teach this skill differently? If so, what would you suggest?
Has there been an example of a project that has made an applicant stand out? If so, please describe.

Creativity:
